Do you offer custom plans?

Our plan tiers are designed around what most Project36 clients need to reach their HubSpot and RevOps goals. But if your requirements are smaller or larger or more complex, we’ll customise credit volumes to fit.

No matter the plan, you get full access to all Project36 services; only the number of included credits changes.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. All Project36 subscriptions come with one flat fee. No service charges, no suprises. Your subscription covers everything.

You'll also get full access to our platform and dedicated account management, as standard.

What is a top-up?

A top-up is a flexible, one-time boost to your Project36 credit balance; ideal for powering major campaigns, seasonal pushes, or exploratory projects beyond your regular plan.

All Top-Ups begin on the first of the month and remain active for up to three months.

What happens if I don't use all my credits in a month?

Project36 offers real flexibility; your needs fluctuate, and our model accommodates that.

But unlike rigid agency retainers, only annual subscriptions benefit from unused flex credit rollover (up to three months) - so you always get full value.

If you're on a monthly rolling plan, unused credits expire at the month’s end.
